Katarina Ilkovicova was born in 1982 in Slovakia.
After graduating from Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow (Poland), with degree in Graphics, she has worked in advertising and children's magazines. Since 2006 she has illustrated several children books of well known slovak authors for publishers in Slovakia and Czech Republic. She is a member of Slovak Illustrators Association.
