Lina Dudaite is from Kaunas, Lithuania. She graduated Kaunas J. Naujalis Art School and Majored in Graphic Design, Kaunas Art Institute. Currently, she works as a Freelance Designer and Illustrator. There are four particular books for children with her illustration published up to date. Her illustrations had attended a few international exhibitions.

2009 Diploma for the illustrations at Tallinn Triennial, Estonia.

2009 IBBY Lithuanian Section diploma for the Most Beautiful Book of the Year, Vilnius, Lithuania.

When drawing, I have no particular plan or result to be achieved. I simply do what I enjoy doing, that’s how I live; and when I’m finished, the result already belongs to the viewer. From there on, my drawing starts another life, which no longer depends on me.
